Corporate History

KEYMAX MARITIME CO., LTD. was established in December 1991 (under the name of KIKUYO MARITIME CO. LTD.) to introduce quality Filipino seafarers to Japanese ship owners and to provide complete shipmanagement services. KIKUYO MARITIME's shipmanagement section was later spun off and become the affiliate company MK SHIPMANAGEMENT CO., LTD.; KIKUYO made a new start in October 1999 by changing its name to KEYMAX MARITIME CO., LTD.

To ensure that ship owners are provided with the best crew, KEYMAX MARITIME maintains a sophisticated crew training system and conducts pre-boarding briefings in cooperation with overseas crewing agencies; it also operates its own crew data management system utilizing the most advanced IT technology.

With its experience in crewing over 120 ships with over 2,500 seafarers and its broad knowledge of the global crewing industry, KEYMAX MARITIME promises to deliver the finest in crewing services.
